Adam Edwards, Jr.

Adam "Bonney" Edwards Jr. was a native of Sorrell, Louisiana he was born August 26, 1965. He was one of the four children born to Adam Edwards Sr and Ida Mae Hines Edwards. He was baptized at an early age by Rev. Aaron Marks. He was a member of St. John Baptist Church in Four Corners, Louisiana.

It is known that our Lord God never makes mistakes and in his infinite wisdom deemed it timely on Monday, June 20, 2022, to call his son to eternal rest. Adam's departure leaves a deep and personal loss to all who loved him and who were blessed to share precious moments in his life. Although he will sorrowfully be missed, there is peace in knowing that we can confidently say, to be absent from the body is to be present with our Lord.

Adam leaves to cherish his memories, his beloved mother; Ida Mae Hines Edwards of Sorrell, LA; three loving and supportive sisters, Charolette Wesley and Denise Sayrie of Sorrell, LA and Jenice Edwards of Lafayette, LA; three devoted brother-in-laws, Ronald Ray Wesley Sr., Mark Yelling , and Lee Armerlin Jr. ; and a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by, his father; Adam Edwards Sr. and his great-great nephew Micah Anthony Edwards.
