Annette Marie Depass

Funeral Service for Annette Depass will be held Saturday, December 28, 2019, 11:00 AM at Special Providence Baptist Church. Rev A R Joseph will officiate the service.

Annette Marie Depass was born February 25, 1964, in Lafayette, LA. On December 21, 2019, God called his angel home to rest. Annette was baptized at an early age under the leadership of Rev. Johnny Carr at Free Will Baptist Church #2 in Alice C. After Rev. Arnold Ray Joseph at Spirit of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memories: four daughters, Paulina (Byron) Boles, Annika (Marcus) Depass, Avrianna (TriVaughn) Depass, and Tiashea (Robert) Depass, all of Baldwin, LA; three brothers, Clarence (Gloria) Depass of New Iberia, LA, Brian (Renetta) Rack of San Diego, CA, and Ronald Depass of Lafayette, LA; a very devoted friend, Michael Sparrow of Jeanerette, LA; four devoted stepkids, Nicky, Kila, Derrick, and Brie. You all was truly a blessing in my life, I loved you all as my own; 12 grandkids, Sherell, Paul, Ramond, Dasja, D'Aire, Dartavin, Jashyla, Tru, Markeal, Dru, Honesty, and Ron; one great-grandchild, Kenace; a niece she raised as her own from a baby, Keisha Darby; one godchild, Joree Key; ten nieces and nephews; some special close cousins, Ruthie Anderson, Laura Dangerfield, Elaine Garrison, Vanessa Ina, and Kathy Lightfoot; my besties for life, Patricia Thomas, Jennifer Ina, Ethel Jones, Doris Jacko, and Linda Kerry; one special friend, Shirley Bob; one aunt, Sadie Mae Clay of Sorrell, LA; three uncles, Willie Rack of Franklin, LA, Anderson Clay, and Peter Lewis; a host of other relatives and friends.

Annette was preceded in death by: one son; her parents, Marjorie L. Rack Depass and Clarence Johnson; two sisters, Delores Darby and Marjorie Johnson; three brothers, David Paul, Bernard Depass, and Ernest Johnson; her grandparents, Henry Johnson and Mary Steward, Willie and Lillie Rack; aunts and uncles; and her best friend Patricia Thomas
