Isaiah Guillermo Alvarez was born April 29, 2019 and passed away May 18, 2019 at Lafayette General Hospital, Lafayette Louisiana.

Isaiah leaves his memory to be cherished by his parents Leroy Alvarez and Gintilla Phillips, of Jeanerette, Louisiana; One Brother, Xavier Alvarez of Jeanerette, Louisiana; Grandparents Michael Phillips and Glenda Polidore, of New Iberia, Louisiana; and Maria Davis of Boston, Massachusetts; God-Parents Keisha and Danason Rhine and Kevin Francis. Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and many who loved him instantly.

He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandfather Guillermo Alvarez.
