David "Super D" Edmond

A Celebration of Life for David "Super D" Edmond, will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at MK Dixon Funeral Home in Baldwin, La.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 9:00 A.M. until the commencement of the celebration at MK Dixon Funeral Home in Baldwin, La.

David will be interred at Special Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Baldwin, La.

David Edmond was born to Loviena and Harold Edmond on September 17. David Enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was a member of United Christian Outreach of Orlando, FL, Pastor Ruby Davenport.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his companion, Angelia Picard; two sisters, Beatrice Ryes of Lafayette, LA and Donna Payton of Franklin, LA; three brothers, Carroll Edmond, Lawrence (Barbara) Edmond both of Baldwin, LA, and Lester (Alma) Edmond of Franklin, LA; sons, David Maxie, Mark Williams, and his "Buddy" Jacob Picard; daughters, Kiandranae Baker, Jaquesha Jackson, and Chekierra Parker; bonus daughter, Marjorie Lamar; two godchildren, Akeem Wiggins and Gavien Lamar; one devoted brother-in-law, Rufus Jackson, IV; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold "Charlie Pig" Edmond; mother, Loviena Edmond; brothers, Jesse Edmond, and Calvin "Vamp" Edmond; bonus mother-in-law, Daisy Metz, and nephew, Rufus Jackson IV.
