A Celebration of Life for Ms. Dianne W. Broussard will be held Thursday, October 8, 2020, 3:00 PM at First Jerusalem Baptist Church, 835 Monnot Street Jeanerette, LA with the Reverend Arthur Lee Alexander officiating.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 8, 2020, from 12:00 Noon until the commencement of the celebration at First Jerusalem Baptist Church.

She will be interred in First Jerusalem's Heavenly Rest Cemetery, Hubertville Road, Jeanerette LA.

Dianne W Broussard, the former Dianne Faye Whitehead was a native and resident of Jeanerette, LA. She passed away at 11:14 AM on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Lafayette General Medical Center at the age of 62. She was the owner of Puggy's Sports Bar, Jeanerette LA, and Owner/Operator of DWB Trucking for American Eagle Logistics.

Left to cherish her memory is two daughters; Temika (Jason) Jones, Houston, TX and Mika "Meeni" (Leigha) Burgs, Houston, TX, one special son; Reginald (Kool-Aid) Whitehead, Lafayette, LA, two grandchildren; Kaden and Madison Jones, both of Houston, TX, one brother; Henry (Mary Beth) Whitehead, Franklin, LA, four sisters; Alzina (Stan) Fontenot, Houston, TX, Gwen Lewis, Jeanerette, LA, Dorothy (Norwood) Brown, New Iberia, LA; Sandra Townsend, Lafayette, LA, three godchildren; Nedra Francis, Darrion Thodile and Jason Francis, all of New Iberia, LA, her companion, Ronald Derousselle, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Burnell Broussard; her parents, Rev. Preston and Sarah Whitehead; one brother, Paul Whitehead; three sisters, Patricia Simon, Theresa Lee and Sylvia Whitehead; a brother-in-law, Richard Lee, Jr.
