A native of St. Martinville, LA and resident of Franklin, LA, Ms. Pierre passed away on February 27, 2015 at her home in Franklin. She was 72.
Left to cherish her memories is one daughter, Linda Evans of Franklin, LA; one son, John Pierre, Jr.; one sister, Mary Augustine James of Austell, GA; a dedicated caregiver, Monique P. Smith, 15 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
Ms. Pierre was preceded in death by her parents David and Marie Alexander Bernard.
