A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Frances Williams Triggs on Thursday, February 25, 2016, 11:00 AM, Otis Mortuary Chapel, 501 Willow Street, Franklin, LA. She will be interred in Berwick Cemetery. Rev W. J. Otis will officiate the service.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 26, 2016, 8:00 AM until the time of service at Otis Mortuary Chapel.

On Tuesday, February 16, 2016, the day of her 59th birthday, God decided he needed her to come home; he wanted her a little higher. Frances Williams Triggs was born on February 16, 1957, to the late Sonny Williams Sr. and Otha (Johnson) Williams. Frances was a native of Berwick, LA and resident of Patterson, LA. Frances accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age, and was baptized by the late Reverend John Harris. As a faithful member of the Little Zion Baptist Church, under the leadership of Reverend W.J. Otis, she served as a member of the church choir.

Frances leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 14 years and 11 months, David Triggs Jr.; five children: Robert (LaKeisha) Williams of Baton Rouge, LA; Rodney (Dedria) Jones of Morgan City, LA; Berkeley Jones, Whytley Jones and Joshua Jones of Patterson, LA.; five step-children: Tammy Triggs of Morgan City, LA; LaTonia (Jeffrey) Maier, Cedelia Triggs of Jacksonville, FL; Brandon (LaKeshia) Triggs of Baton Rouge, LA; David Triggs III of Lafayette, LA; two sisters; Leotha (Jessie) Griffin of Bayou Vista, LA; Thelma (Leonard) Dugar of Patterson, LA; four brothers: Sonny Williams Jr. of Morgan City, LA; James Williams, Artha Williams of Patterson, LA; Leo Williams of Morgan City, LA; sixteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two God Daughters: Ursula Dugar and Deja Dugar; her very special friends, Idella Lewis, Beverly Drexler, Mary Berry-Hall, Lee Ester Hunt, and Connie Escort, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Sonny and Otha Williams Sr..; paternal and maternal grandparents, and three sisters: Helen Mae Williams, Patsy Williams and Vernadette Griffin.
