Visitation will be Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at Triumph Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memories is her mother, Beatrice Lee, two daughters, Valinda Otis, New Iberia, LA, Demetra (Kevin) Richardson, Seattle, WA; two sons, Lance Otis Kennewick, WA, Clarence Otis, Lafayette, LA; five sisters, JoAnn Lee, Pasco, WA, Gracie Spain, Beaumont, TX, Hollis Lewis, Belfair, WA, Betty Spells, Carol Knox, Moses, Lake, WA; four brothers, James Lee, Terry Lynn (Mary) Lewis, Ronnie Lewis, Souix Falls, SD, Larry Lewis, El Paso, TX, 14 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Mrs. Otis was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Otis; father, Joseph Lewis; one sister, Earline Blanks; one brother, David Williams
