Glenn Jones

A Graveside Celebration of Life Service will be held for Mr. Glenn Adam Jones, 52, on Saturday, January 23, 2021, 1:00 PM, at Special Providence Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. A R Joseph officiating.

In compliance with to the Louisiana pandemic mandate, masks and social distancing are required in the cemetery,

A native of Baldwin, LA and resident of New Iberia, LA Glenn was born to the late William Jones, Sr. and Rose Mary Nedd Jones. He departed his earthly home on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center.

Glenn leaves to cherish his memories; one daughter: Jasmine Jones of New Iberia, LA and her mother: Gladys (Rickey) Latigue of New Iberia, LA; Miracle Latigue and Cor'Nasha Frelot whom loved and called him "Uncle Glenn"; seven siblings: William Jones Jr. of San Diego, CA, Gary Jones of Franklin, LA, Barbara (Andre) Broussard of Glenco, LA, Corey Jones, Ginger Jones both of Franklin ,LA,  Brad Jones of Sioux City, IA and  Kevin Smith of Jeanerette, LA; nieces: Andreanna Broussard,  Andreney Broussard, Andrelyn Broussard, Barbie Broussard, Shallyn Vincent, Jai'lynn McDaniel, Jhorie McDaniel, Anita Lancelin and Ashley Lancelin;  nephews: Andre Broussard, Jr., Quincey Jones; Joaquima Colbert whom he loved as a son; two god children: Cameion Chaney and A'Island Rayn Franisco-Beals and a host of loving aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

Glenn was preceded in death by his father: William Jones, Sr.; mother: Rose Mary Nedd Jones; sister: Angela Jones; grandparents: Katherine Ejola Jasper Nedd,  Ernest Lee Sr. and Israel Nedd, Sr.
