A Private Graveside Service will be held for Hazel Baker Jones, who passed away on April 13, 2020 at Legacy Healthcare. She was 79 years old.
She will be interred in Special Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
Left to cherish her memories is her four sons, Keith (Debra) Baker, Kevin (Debra) Baker, David Jones (Trina Whitten), Jermaine (Kelsey) Jones; 15 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one brother-in-law, Emile Jack, Sr., two sisters-in-law, Lillie Baker and Audrey Baker, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hilton Jones, Sr., son Hilton Jones, Jr., brothers, Leo Baker, Edward Baker and sisters Catherine Jack and Ardell Francis.
