Funeral Services for Henry "Hank" Phillips will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015, 1:30 PM, MK DIXON Funeral Home, 211 Main Street, Baldwin, LA, Rev. Clifford Johnson will officiate the service.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the time of service at MK Dixon Funeral Home.

A resident of Jeanerette, LA, "Hank," 71, passed away on June 13, 2015, at his residence. He was an Accountant and the owner of Hank Phillips Photography-Tax Preparation; a veteran having served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and a commander in the U.S. Navy; past employment with the U.S. Postal Service in Los Angeles, CA. He received his B.S. in Business Education: Office Administration from California State University, Long Beach, CA; and his A.A. Degree in Business Administration from Compton College in Compton, CA; he also had two years of academic credit in Business Administration from Ohio University in Athens, OH.

He leaves to cherish his memory and in God's care his brothers; Jessie Gibson, Houston, TX, John Phillips, Jeanerette, LA, Arthur Phillips, Jeanerette, LA, Lawrence Phillips (Jean), Los Angeles, CA; his sisters; Ora Lee Phillips, Franklin, LA, Thelma Phillips, Jeanerette, LA, Mary Phillips Rochon, Jeanerette, LA, Gloria Wilkerson, Los Angeles, CA, Audrey Robertson, Washington, DC, Georgia Taylor, Jeanerette, LA, Belvin Givens (Melvin), Baton Rouge, LA, and Angenetta Phillips, Jeanerette, LA; his special nieces, Shirley Phillips, Gilda Smith, Donna Stubbs, Ora P Richardson; his godchild, Elan Phillips of Jeanerette, and a host of other relatives and friends.

He now joins in glory with his parents Arthur and Georgiana Robertson Phillips and siblings; Northern Gibson, Marva Robertson and Seger Phillips.
