A Celebration of Life for Irving Polidore, will be held Friday, September 12, 2025, 1:00 PM at MK Dixon Funeral Home in Baldwin, LA.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM, until the commencement of the celebration at MK Dixon Funeral Home in Baldwin, LA.

Irving was a hardworking, dedicated man who loved his family. He was also loved by many and always made you laugh. He was kind and willing to help others Irving was employed with the City of Franklin.

He leaves to cherish his memories his partner of 23 years, Chandra Smith; three children, Lashayla Polidore, Jaylen Polidore, and Makayla Polidore; two stepchildren, Jarmarion Smith and Kaclon Smith; two brothers,

John Polidore and Calvin Polidore; one sister, Latasha Callery; three uncles, Calvin Sherman, Robert Foster; and Alvin Sherman; two aunts; host of relatives, grandchildren, and close friends.

Irving was preceded in death by his parents, Irving Sherman, Jr. and Annie Bell Polidore; grandparents, Sarah and Irving Sherman, Sr.
