A Celebration of Life for Leona Randle will be held Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Little Pass Baptist Church in Charenton, LA.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 25, 2024, from 9:00 A.M. until the commencement of the celebration at Little Pass Baptist Church in Charenton, LA.

Leona will be interred at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Charenton, LA.

"I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth." Psalms 121; 1-2.

Leona Randle was born on October 22, 1935, to the union of the late Josephine Woods Randle and Elijah Randle in Charenton, LA.

Leona accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Charenton, LA. She received her formal education in the St. Mary Parish School system.

Leona was a blessing to everyone who met her. Her warm and loving nature embraced everyone she encountered, making even first meetings feel like cherished connections. Leona deeply loved her family and friends, especially enjoying rides with her beloved daughter. Her compassion was unforgettable, and she had a remarkable gift for making people laugh and smile. Leona's gracious hospitality and profound kindness left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Her greatest gift was her boundless compassion, a gift we will always remember.

She leaves to cherish her memories her one daughter, Constance Randle of Charenton, LA; two sons, Michael Randle and Gary Randle, both of Charenton, LA; one granddaughter, Jaleesa Randle (Tremaine Sr.) of Maurice, LA; one great grandson, Tremaine "Ace" Morrison, Jr. of Maurice, LA; two sisters, Irene Randle of Berwick, LA and Selena Randle-Alexander of Charenton, LA; godchildren, Jackie Robinson, Dianne Collins, Tammy Lancelin, Joyce Freeman, a devoted cousin/bonus daughter, Georgette Carter of Franklin, LA; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was proceeded into heaven by her parents, son, Danny Randle; three sisters, Martha Collins, Mary Randle, and Florence Yelling; five brothers, Roland, Clarence, Raymond, James, and Junius Randle; godchild, Alex Collins.
