Lucille Conley

A Celebration of Life for Lucille Conley, will be held Monday, January 2, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at MK Dixon Funeral Home in Baldwin, La.

Visitation will be Monday, January 2, 2022 from 9:00 A.M. until the commencement of the celebration at MK Dixon Funeral Home in Baldwin, La.

Lucille will be interred at New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Patterson, La.

Lucille Conley was born March 19, 1934 at Oaklawn Plantation to the late Ivory Johnson and Mary Lee Tate Johnson. She married Larry Lee Conley on March 25, 1961 and they shared 44 years of love and happiness. To this union, three daughters were born; Carolyn Johnson, Sandra (Anthony) Lightfoot and Lillian (Dana) Martin all of Patterson, LA. She was also the proud grandmother of Alaina Johnson, Renaldo Francis, Robyn Francis, Loreal Conley and Dana Martin, Jr. as well as her three great-grandchildren Dylan Johnson, Brielle Martin and Rhydar Francis.

Lucille enjoyed her life to the fullest. She enjoyed doing her crossword puzzles and watching her soap operas, but most of all she enjoyed dancing and drinking her Coors Light.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivory Johnson and Mary Lee Tate Johnson, her husband; Larry Lee Conley, her two sisters, Theresa Johnson and Elivina Chapman and her brother Holden Johnson.
