Memorial Services for Miranda S. Vining will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017, at 5:00 PM at MK DIXON Funeral Home. Bro. Blaise Smith will express words of comfort.

The family will visit with guest Saturday, September 16, 2017, from 4:00 PM until the commencement of the memorial service at MK DIXON Funeral Home.

A reception and balloon release will follow immediately at the home of Erika Lyn located at 123 Nikki Lane, Charenton LA 70523.

Miranda K Smith Vining also known as Mandy by family and friends, passed away unexpectedly at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City on Sunday September 10, 2017 at the young age of 33. Miranda was born on September 16, 1983 in Franklin Louisiana. She was a loving and devoted mother, sister, daughter, and friend. She enjoyed outdoor activities such as camping and boating as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Miranda is survived by her mother Trudy Smith of Morgan City, her father Rodney Smith of Arnaudville, a sister Erika Lyn of Charenton, two daughters Victoria Paige and Tiffany Marie-Lou, a nephew Brock Joseph, a niece Ashlyn Elizabeth as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Miranda also leaves behind her fiancé of several years Patrick LeBlanc.
