A Mass of Christian Burial for Naville Delasbour, will be Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Baldwin, LA.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM-10:30 AM until the commencement of the mass.

Recitation of the Rosary at 10:30 AM-11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Baldwin, LA.

Naville will be interred at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Baldwin, LA.

Naville "Fruity" Delasbour, was born on August 28, 1943, to Naville and Pernetta Delasbour of Baldwin, LA. He attended Baldwin Negro Elementary School and Willow St. High School in Franklin, LA. He was a faithful member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church of Baldwin, LA.

Later in life, Naville worked as a boiler room operator at Sterling Sugar Company, in Franklin, LA and as a dock worker at Omega Protein Refinery in Cameron, LA, where he later retired.  "A hard worker, always willing to help to others, and honest. One of the nicest workers I ever worked with. He always smiled and enjoyed the company of others." Describes, Jules Druilhet.

"Fruity" enjoyed swimming (once saving his 1st cousin's life), basketball, football (Pittsburgh Steelers fan), and playing volleyball at La Grange Elementary school with "pick up" teams. It is safe to say, he loved all sports; Brittany Griner was one of his favorite basketball players. "Family Feud" was one of his favorite shows.

Naville was preceded in death by both parents, Naville and Pernetta Morse-Delasbour; cherished daughter, Allison; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He leaves to cherish his memory two sons; Brian Darby (Ericka) and Adrian Delasbour, Sr., (Donna); two brothers, Calvin C: Delasbour (Virginia) of Youngsville, LA and Louis L. Delasbour (Marsha) of Baldwin, LA; grandchildren, Karly Wilson, Jayla and Langston Darby, Ju'Wel Landry, Ju'Eilah Allen, Ju'Lius C. Allen, IV of Baton Rouge, LA, Kkesean and Jalen Washington, Dylan, Aryana, Amir, and Adrian Delasbour, Jr. of Franklin, LA.
