A Celebration of Life for O'sohnn Amir Armelin will be held Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Moses Baptist Church in Jeanerette, Louisiana (Sorrel). Mask will be required.
O'sohnn Amir Armelin was born to Om'Breyiah Z. Abraham and Wayne Armelin Jr. on January 24, 2022.
Although baby O'sohnn was with the family for a short time, he touched many lives and memories of him will forever be in our hearts. The knowledge, sweet smile, and joy that O'sohnn possessed will help us get through the days ahead.
It is known that our Lord God never makes mistakes and in His infinite wisdom deemed it timely on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, to call His son to eternal rest. O'sohnn's departure leaves a deep and personal loss to all who loved him and who were blessed to share precious moments in his life. Although he will sorrowfully be missed, there is peace in knowing that we can confidently say, to be absent from the body is to be present with our Lord.
Baby O'sohnn leaves to cherish his memories, his beloved mother and father; Om'Breyiah Z. Abraham and Wayne Armelin Jr.; his maternal grandparents, Claudia Alexander and Ernest Thomas, III, Brad Abraham; parental grandparents, Tonya Ramey and Kerry Ramey; great grandparents, Irene and Carroll Alexander, Vera Armelin, and Fradie Wilson, Jr.; great-great grandfather, King Alexander Jr.; uncles, Brad Alexander and Or'Mon Abraham, and Chylon Abraham;step uncles, Dailynn Ramey and Jonathan Ramey; aunts, Abrianna Armelin and Tondria Armelin, Haillie Armelin, Ashley (Eric) White Shalyn Hawkins, and Le'Tayzia Brown; a loving and devoted great aunt and uncle, Carroll Hakeem Alexander and Joselynn Noel; one god Sister, Kylie Morgan; honorary godparents, Shonte (Wendell) Auguster, Chaila Channette, Ja'Dawne Hamilton and Tiffany Keal, Ka'Breonta Colbert, Tajia Frances , Wayne Alexander, Morris Alexander, Antoine Jones and Patrick Thomas; and a host of other relatives and friends who have accepted that his departure is Heaven's gain.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Wayne Armelin, Sr; great-great grandmothers, Marion Wilson, Florida Hamilton and Emily Swan; great-great grandfather, Benjamin Hamilton Sr; uncle Kendrick Alexander; and great-great aunts, Cathy Hamilton and Betty J. Lancelin.
