A Celebration of Life for Pearl Lewis will be held Monday, January 3, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church at 2401 Woodard Street in Houston, TX 77026. Mask will be required.
Visitation will be Monday, January 3, 2022, from 10:00 A.M. until the commencement of the celebration at Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, TX.
Pearl will be interred at Calvary Hill Cemetery at 21723 Aldine Westfield Road in Humble, TX on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 1:00 P.M.
Pearl was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, all of her siblings and a Godson, Timothy Parker.
She leaves to mourn: her five children; Joanna Lewis Lockridge, Elaine White (Michael), Ulysses, Jr. (Aquanetta), Cheryl Nickerson (Cornell) and Gregory Lewis; her nine grandchildren;Lolita Brown (Sean), Marcus Bell, Pharaoh Bell (Naisha), Cherneria Lewis (Vernon Johnson), Jamel Lewis,KeAundra Ware, Khalilah Elam (Gregory), Jamya Roach and Vanecia Lewis; 27 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Willie Lewis, four sisters-in-law, Helen Miles, Theresa Wyatt, Carol Sydney and Idella Lewis; four godchildren; Denise Woodfork, Nicholas Ned, Khouri Iziren, Colby Scott, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Final arrangements have been entrusted by MK Dixon Funeral Home, 337-940-9253, 211 Main Street, Baldwin, LA 70514.
