Randolph Colar

Funeral Service for Randolph Colar will be Thursday, July 19, 2018, 11:00 AM at MK DIXON Funeral Home. Pastor Jules Anderson will officiate the service.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 9:00 AM until the commencement of the funeral service at MK DIXON Funeral Home.

He will be interred in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery, Ashton, LA

Randolph Colar was a native of New Iberia, Louisiana, and a resident of Four Corners, Louisiana, where he was born February 3, 1957. He was born to the late Bessie Mae Colar and the late Mannie Colar Sr.

He received his education at Franklin Senior High School in Franklin, Louisiana. He received Christ at an early age.

Randolph was loved and will be missed by his step-daughter, Lisa Norman-Milton (Moses). He also leaves to cherish his memories: his four grandchildren; three sisters, Jacqueline (Wilfred) Green of New Iberia, LA, Gavetta (Joshua) Hopes of Jeanerette, LA, and Berva Colar of New Iberia, LA; seven brothers, Mannie (Bernadine) Colar Jr., of Baldwin, LA, Briant, Troy, Lionel, and Gerald, all of New Iberia, LA, Ronald Colar of Jeanerette, LA, and Lloyd Colar of Lake Charles, LA; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, one sister, a stepson, grandparents, and a stepfather, Willie Gabriel.
