Funeral Service for Rosa Lee Brown Daniels will be Saturday, November 9, 2019, 11:00 AM, at Triumph Baptist Church. Pastor Carl Lewis will officiate the service.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 9:00 AM until the time of service at Triumph Baptist Church.

Rosa Lee Brown Daniels was born in Franklin, LA, on November 7, 1942 to the late Granason Brown and the late Eva Brown Polidore.

She was the oldest of three children. She attended Franklin Negro High School, which was later changed to Willow Street High School.

She retired from St. Mary Parish School Board after serving 14 years. She fellowshipped at Triumph Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev Octave Vincent, the late Rev Walter Moore, the late Rev Clarence Steward, and present Pastor Carl Lewis where she participated in the choir. Served on the Usher Board, and also sung with the TriCity Choir.

Rosa Lee Daniels was united in holy matrimony to the late Eddie James Roberson Sr., seven beautiful children were born to this union. She later married the late Willie Daniels Jr.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, a loving family which consist of six of her seven children Wanda(Peter) Famble of Houston, TX, Eddie James Roberson Jr., of New Iberia, LA, Eddis (Charles) Ina of Houston, TX, Millanette (Willie) Conner of Houston, TX, Tiffany (Oscar) Altamiranda of Houston, TX, and Ron (Johanna) Roberson. Two more children that she took as her own, Pastor Lee Cardale, Berwick, LA, Freda Harding, Centerville, LA; two sisters Christine Stewart and Sharon Brown of Franklin, LA, her granddaughter who was there with her until the end, Ashala Roberson of Franklin, LA.

Rosa Lee had 30 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many devoted friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Granason Brown and Eva Brown Polidore, her first husband Eddie James Roberson, Jr. and Willie Daniels, Sr., daughter Marva Denise Scott, grandson, Damion Roberson , four sisters, Evalena Williams, Debra Charles, Sheila Guy, Cynthia Brown, two brothers Harold and Lawrence Depass and her special sister/friend  Eva Rouchon and Marsha Rouchon.

Rosa Lee Daniels enjoyed spending time with her family, singing in the church choir, fellowshipping with her church family. Rosa loved making people smile, laugh, and most of all, she loved making people feel loved. She will truly be missed.
