Roy Butts,Sr.

Roy graduated from Jeanerette Senior High. He went on to work at Patoutville Mill, Teche Electric, and retired from Cleco. He was a well known Electrician.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories; his wife, Ella Butts; five son, Marcus Eaglin of Lafayette, LA, Charles (Reyan) Eaglin of New Orleans, LA, Roy (Shalies) Butts, Jr., Donald Eaglin of New Iberia, LA, and Theron Jack of Jeanerette, LA; two daughters, Royal Eaglin and Gracie Eaglin both of Jeanerette,LA; two sisters, Donna (John) Sillmon and Evelyn Butts both of Jeanerette, LA; two brothers in law, Michael Eaglin of Cade, LA and Dena Eaglin of Jeanerette, LA; eight grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and, friends.
