A Celebration of Life for Shelby "Neil Neil" Phillips will be held Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at West St. Mary Civic Center in Jeanerette, LA. Mask will be required.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 21, 2021, from 9:00 A.M. until the commencement of the celebration at West St. Mary Civic Center.
Shelby will be interred at Heavenly Rest Cemetery in Jeanerette, Louisiana.
Final arrangements have been entrusted to MK Dixon Funeral Home, 337-940-9253, 211 Main Street, Baldwin, LA 70514.
