Stephania Balthazar Kallie

A Celebration of Life for Stephania Kallie will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at MK Dixon Funeral Home in Baldwin, Louisiana. Mask will be required.

Stephania Kallie, 49, was a resident of Lafayette, LA. She transitioned peacefully in her home on February 18, 2022, following a diagnosis of heart failure in 2020.If you knew Stephania you loved her. She lit up every room she walked in and left an impression on everyone she met. She could always make you laugh and was the life of every party. She was a wonderful daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend and she will truly be missed.

Stephania was a graduate of Louisiana Tech. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and in 2017 became a Wound Care specialist.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Gloria Balthazar of Lafayette, LA; three children: Courtney Landry of Youngsville, LA, Jamie Augustine of Lafayette, LA, and Ashley Moore of Lafayette, LA; one son-in-law: Wendell Landry of Youngsville, LA; two beloved grandsons: Jaeden and Kian Landry. Her siblings: Yvette Belgard of Parkin, AK, and Marc Balthazar of Slidell, LA; three nieces: Victoria Vanpelt of Wynne, AK, Chelsea Belgard of Parkin, AK, and Brittan Belgard of Flippin, AK, aunts: Cleo Tyler and Marie Metoyer; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Stephania is preceded in death by her father, Steve Balthazar; uncle: James Balthazar; and aunt: Marcelle Clifton.
