A Celebration of Life for Tanisha Lanceslin, will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM at MK Dixon Funeral Home in Baldwin, La.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 12:00 PM until the commencement of the celebration at MK Dixon Funeral Home in Baldwin, La.

Tanisha will be interred at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Cemetery in Charenton, La.

Tanisha Lanceslin, a native and resident of Baldwin, Louisiana, passed away on February 10, 2026. She was the daughter of Tammy and Danny Lanceslin, Sr.

Tanisha was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend who had an impact in the lives of those who knew and loved her. She found peace in reading books and spending time with her kids.

Becoming a nurse was one of her biggest dreams. She enrolled in college while working and balancing mom life. She never let either task defeat her, Tanisha graduated from college and became a Licensed Practical Nurse. Tanisha was later employed by Ochsner Lafayette as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Tanisha leaves to cherish her memory her parents; Tammy Randle and Danny Lanceslin, Sr.; five kids; Malachi, Mekhi, Micah, Malaya, Maliyah; one brother, Danny Lanceslin, Jr.; five uncles, Elijah Randle, Lloyd Randle, Steve Randle, Donald (Donna) Lanceslin, Sr., Dean (Jennifer) Lanceslin; four aunts, Florida Dapremont, Barbara Randle, Claudette Lanceslin, Paulette Lanceslin; two nephews, Damarion, Damion; one niece, Dayona; host of family and friends.

She is preceded in death by a host of uncles, aunts, & other relatives.
