Tephanie Ceasar

Visitation will be Saturday, October 2, 2021, from 12:00 P.M. until the commencement of the celebration at Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church.

Tephanie will be interred at Special Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Baldwin, Louisiana.

Tephanie Ceasar, 50, a resident of New Iberia, LA  departed her earthly life at 12:30 am on Friday, September 24, 2021, at The Carpenter House in Lafayette, LA. She was born on December 1, 1970, to the late Peter and Gloria Tardy Ceasar. Sis Tephanie accepted Christ as her personal savior and was baptized by Dr. Allen R. Randle Sr. at Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving sister, friend, and a special daughter to her sister, Nedra Ceasar-Jackson who reared her. She possessed a special smile that touched the hearts of everyone who knew her. She was a member of the Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church choir until her health failed.

She leaves in God's care to cherish her memory, six sisters Mary Ceasar of Baldwin, LA, Gloria (Clarence) Depass of Breaux Bridge, LA, Sherry (Joseph) Simmons of Jeanerette, LA, Nedra (Jefferson) Jackson, Lillian (John) Davis, and Joyce ( Bobby) Conway all of New Iberia, LA; two brothers Irving Ceasar of Baldwin, LA and Wayne (Shirley) Ceasar of Houston, TX; four Godchildren that she loved dearly Grabrielle Johnlewis, Jana Nathan, Euneka Yelling, and Theron Alexander; special niece that was raised as a sister Sherwana Ceasar Chatman; three special friends Lillian Joseph , Allison Vital Lewis, and Evette Robertson.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Peter and Gloria Tardy Ceasar; one sister Dianne Ceasar-Chatman; one brother Kevin Ceasar; one step-brother William Harold Hudson; one niece Kelly Ceasar Joseph; one nephew Dawan Lee Ceasar.

Final arrangements have been entrusted to MK Dixon Funeral Home, 337-940-9253, 211 Main Street, Baldwin, LA 70514.
