Terrance "Tootie" Scott

A Celebration of Life for Terrance "Tootie" Scott, will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Siracusaville Recreation Center in Morgan City, La.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 9:00 A.M. until the commencement of the celebration at Siracusaville Recreation Center in Morgan City, La.

Terrance "Tootie" will be interred at St. James Cemetery in Gibson, La.

Terrance Jamon Scott , known to many as "Tootie" was born on January 10, 2004, to Esha Scott of Houma, La and Phillip Jones of Gibson, La.

Terrance enjoyed many outdoor activities such as fishing and 4-wheeler riding. He also played football for Terrebonne Parish during his early teenage years. Terrance was loved through-out the community. He was well-mannered and enjoyed life to the fullest. He also enjoyed playing his PS5 an hanging out with his cousins and friends.

Terrance departed this life on February 1, 2024 at Terrebonne General Medical Center in Houma, La. He was proceeded in death by his uncle Terrell Scott; great grandmothers, Marjorie Jones, Shirley Young, and Ara Jones, and his great uncle Madison Young Jr.

Terrance "Tootie" leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Esha Scott and Phillp Jones; brothers Lamont Scott, and Phillip "PJ" Jones; sisters, Rhionna Jones and Heavenly Scott; grandparents, Kim and Phillip Jones III, Mary Myles, and Ernest Moses; great grandparents, Frank Smith, Phillip Jones Jr., and Melba and Conley Jones; aunts, LaShina (Terry) Davis, Danielle Scott, Tensia Jones, Judy (Brian) Ballard; uncles, Desmon (Shaneal) Jones, Kevin (Keichell) Jones, Michael (Edwina) Johnson, and Hilton Young; god parents Violet Collins and Larry Johnson; cousins, Deshawn, Desiyah, Lil Desmon, Promyse, Semja, Latasia, and Cycoi, and a special friend, Dajah Singleton.

Tootie will be sadly missed by a host of friends, cousins, and loved ones.
