Funeral Service for Venetria M. (Peaches) Navy will be held Saturday, May 5, 2018, 1:00 PM at MK DIXON Funeral Home, 211 Main Street, Baldwin, LA 70514.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 5, 2018, from 11:00 AM until the commencement of the funeral service at MK DIXON Funeral Home.

She will be interred in Heavenly Rest Cemetery in Jeanerette, LA


Venetria M. (Peaches) Navy was born July 19, 1976 to the Late Rufus Navy & Josie A. Stevenson. She was baptized at an early age at St. Peter United Methodist Church.

Venetria was a graduate of Jeanerette Senior High School; Class of 1996.

Venetria leaves to cherish her memory 6 sisters; Crystal L. Richard, New Iberia, LA., Kenya S. Bryant (Jeffrey Bryant) Houston, TX, Laurie Ann Navy, Tanya Navy, Andrea Navy Richardson (Anthony Richardson) Lafayette, LA., Pamela Navy, Atlanta, GA., 3 brothers; Rufus Navy Jr. (Melba), Charenton, LA., Donald Ray Navy Sr. (Barbara), Franklin, LA., Darin Navy, Nashville, TN, 1 aunt; Evelyn J. Smith, Jeanerette, LA, 1 uncle; Herman Alexander, Los Angeles, CA, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Venetria was preceded in death by her father & mother; Rufus Navy & Josie A. Stevenson, 2 aunts; Sherry Conners and Lou Navy.
