Funeral Services for Willie Mae Bowser will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015, 11:00 AM, Special Providence Baptist Church, Baldwin, LA. She will be interred in the church cemetery, Rev. Paul Godfrey officiating.

Viewing will be Saturday, October 24, 2015, 9:00 AM until the time of service at Special Providence Baptist Church.

A native of Baldwin and resident of Houston, Mrs. Bowser passed away on October 3, 2015, at Willowbrook Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX. She was 70 years old.

Left to cherish her memories are one daughter, June E. Bowser, Houston, TX; two sons, Aaron Bowser, Franklin, LA, Andrew Bowser, Jr., Baton Rouge, LA; four sisters, Iona Allen, Houston, TX, Susie Duckworth, Houston, TX, Carol Williams, Washington, TX, Joyce Johnson, Minneapolis, MN; one brother Willie Johnson, Florida, 11 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, a special son Chris Tillman, Baldwin, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Se was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Melissa Johnson, father, Mr. Willie Johnson, son, Jerry Paul Bowser, sister, Leona Howard and one brother, Essie Brisco.
